The center of Lyon is situated between Rhone and Saone rivers, but was built on a former marsh. It took two milleniums to transform it and to give its face it has today.
The project "Lyon confluence", situated at the southern end of this center, gives a futurist face to the city: the new buildings include residences, services, an amazing museum and public administration around a new riviera. The amazing architecture, designed by a young generation, takes care of the worries of the 21rst century: environnement, social link and heritage. An open question is asked: what kind of city do we want for tomorrow?
