This tour through the narrow streets, gothic and renaissance churches, old battlements, mansions, timber work houses shows how was Paris at this time ; a small town except its majestic cathedral
So the route avoids large and modern avenues to bring a sense of past, still surviving in Paris nowadays.
From south to north we will have a view of the Latin district; Paris oldest college, the boundary of Paris : Philippe Auguste battlement built in 1200.
