Booking conditions for a group

Any order implies right of acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
- Any order must be written, it will become final upon acceptance by us. The acceptance of an estimate by the customer, subject to availability, constitutes a final order.
- The prices include all the services indicated in the description of each excursion, circuit or activity. Prices are valid within the deadline indicated on the quote

TERMS OF PAYMENT :
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
The balance of the service must be paid, at the latest, 15 days before the start of the service
In case of default of payment 15 days before the start of the service, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of the order. In case of non-payment in full, 7 days before the beginning of the service, the contract will be solved, and that of right and without any formality. Installments paid will continue to be our first interest and subject to any other damages.
- Any change of date or content can not be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
- Any cancellation or modification request must be sent by email in order to be taken into consideration and confirmed by return.
- Any cancellation will become final upon our acceptance. It will give rise, subject to the costs already incurred by us and / or the special conditions of our subcontracting partners, to the invoicing of the following indemnities:
More than 7 days before the start of the service: no fees
From 4 to 7 days before the start of the service: 50% of the price of the service
From 4 days to 24 hours before the start of the service: 80% of the price of the service
Less than 24 hours before the start of the service: 100% of the price of the service
- Any interruption of circuit or service during the performance, by the will of the customer, can not give rise to any refund.
- Any customer appearing after the schedule of the service will be considered as "No Show" and not refunded, whatever the reason for delay.
- The guide reserves the right to cancel or modify certain circuits without notice if the comfort or the safety of the travelers required it, in case of force majeure, strike, demonstration, exceptional closure ...
